DOST ACKNOWLEDGES 2 OF ECOSYSTEM’S TECHNOLOGIES AS VIABLE SOLUTIONS FOR WATER SECURITY, AND SANITATION.

Ecosystem presented two technologies at the 2018 Philippine Water Forum held at the SMX SM Aura last September 13, 2018. The event is held by the Water Alliance, an organization initiated by the Philippine Business for Social Progress.

In order to ensure that the technologies featured in the forum are legitimate and of true promise, the Water Alliance partnered with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), and the Department of Science and Technology Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (DOST-PCIEERD).

With the theme, "SOLB: Sustainable Solutions on Water Security," the forum convened various sectors and stakeholders to raise awareness on the issues on water security, and encourage forming partnerships and create solutions that will address critical issues. Likewise, participants are exposed to possible water solutions via the fair.
