Procurement Assistant

Job Descriptions

  • Assisting the Purchasing Officer in the day-to-day task of ensuring to comply with the Quality System of Procurement Dept.
  • Maintain Purchasing documents, files and records
  • Performs specific clerical functions (fax documents, scan document)
  • Prepare purchase order for repeat order items
  • Check description of requested items
  • In-charge in calibration of equipment
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • With experience in Procurement Assistant
  • Ensures timely, accurate and complete SCM reports
  • Strong MS Office Skills, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook
