IT Support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or any related course 
  • With at least 1-2 years’ experience in a technical support role 
  • Certifications are preferred, but not required 
  • Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications 
  • Familiar with a range of software and hardware 
  • Proficient with Microsoft OS and Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365 software applications 
  • A technical, logical thought process 
  • An ability to stick to strict deadlines 
  • An ability to prioritise and delegate 
  • A keen eye for detail 
  • Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems 
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects or tasks at one time
